Valentine’s Day is the day to see the world through rose-colored glasses… so why not give your snacks the same treatment? We’ve whipped up a batch of red velvet pralines instead of our usual to celebrate the holiday of love.

Ingredients

8 Persons

  • 45 g
    Instant Oats
  • 30 g
  • 3 tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp
    coconut flour
  • 70 ml
    oat drink
  • 30 ml
  • 3
    dates, pitted
  • 2 tsp
    red food coloring
  • 0.5 tsp
    Flavour Kick Vanilla
  • optional toppings
    dark chocolate, freeze-dried strawberries

Preparation

  • 1

Use a blender to puree the dates.

  • 2

Mix the Instant Oats, Vegan Protein, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and Flavor Kick in a bowl. Add the oat drink, gin, food coloring, and date puree. Stir well until thoroughly mixed.

  • 3

Form the mixture into 8 red velvet pralines. Set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  • 4

If you want to coat the red velvet pralines, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, dip the energy balls into the chocolate, garnish with freeze-dried strawberry pieces while still warm, and then set aside to harden.
