Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

Stop! Drop! It’s peanut butter jelly time. Only today, you’re gonna eat your peanut butter and jelly for breakfast in this on-its-head overnight oats recipe!

Preparation

  • Mix the oats, Instant Oats, oat drink, and Vegan Protein in a glass. Set aside in the fridge overnight.
  • Also for the night before: Mix the raspberries, Flavor Kick, and lemon juice in a pot. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring regularly, until it thickens to a jammy consistency. Add the Chia Seeds and mix well.
  • Set the jam in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning: Top the overnight oats with the peanut butter and jelly you have set aside.
  • Garnish the peanut butter and jelly oats with the toppings of your choice.
  • Enjoy!
