The weather’s warm and you’ve just wrapped up a kicking workout. The only thing missing? A tasty snack. How about a strawberry banana shake? This one is just as creamy as a milkshake, but packed with nutrients for your muscles and lower in sugar and carbs.
Put the strawberries and chia seeds into a blender. Puree and pour into a glass.
Using the same blender jug, mix the milk, water, Whey Protein and banana. Blend into a creamy shake consistency.
Add the banana shake to the strawberry puree. Top with peanut butter if you like!
