You will need

1.
For the bottom layer:
60 g coconut yogurt
75 ml oat milk
160 g blueberries, frozen
1 tbsp lemon juice

2.
For the middle layer:
0.5 banana
180 g coconut yogurt
90 g blueberries, frozen
80 ml oat milk

3.
For the top layer:
0.5 banana
40 ml oat milk
optional toppings Coconut Chips, fresh blueberries, Just Cashews, Coconut & Dates

Never made an instaworthy shake before? This can be your first one. Our blueberry coconut protein shake has three layers of goodness, turning anyone into a photo pro just by how good it looks. Drink your way through a flavor-shifting experience. Every sip is a new flavor, a new texture, but all have the same creamy goodness. It’s a high-protein flavor experience that you have to taste to believe!

Preparation

  • Ingredients:
    60 g coconut yogurt, 75 ml oat milk, 160 g blueberries, 1 tbsp lemon juice
    Put all the ingredients for the bottom layer into a blender and mix until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly between 2 glasses. Put the glasses into the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  • Ingredients:
    0.5  banana, 180 g coconut yogurt, 90 g blueberries, 80 ml oat milk, 1 tbsp Vegan Protein Vanilla
    Now put all the ingredients for the middle layer into a strong blender and blend. Pour the layer on top of each of the 2 glasses. Now put the glasses back into the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  • Ingredients:
    0.5  banana, 40 ml oat milk, 1 tbsp Just Cashews, Coconut & Dates, 0.25 tsp Vegan Protein Vanilla
    Finally, put all the ingredients for the last layer into a blender. Puree into a smooth mixture. Spread the coconut shake layer on the top of each glass.
  • Top your blueberry coconut protein shake with fresh blueberries and coconut chips as desired.
  • Enjoy!
