Sometimes we let ourselves wake up with a bowl of blueberry cheesecake nice cream. The little blue power berries bring color to our lives. When you mix them up with a spritz of lemon and our Vanilla Vegan Protein, you’ve got a blueberry cheesecake feeling guaranteed. The best part? Our recipe will hit the spot for your ice cream cravings first thing in the morning – while also being high-protein, low-calorie and extra fruity. We love it!
Ingredients:1 bananaCut the frozen banana into slices
Ingredients:3 tbsp oat milk, 1 tbsp Vegan Protein VanillaPut the oat milk and Vegan Protein into a bowl. Mix well.
Ingredients:40 g blueberries, 1 tbsp lemon juicePut the banana slices, frozen blueberries, and the lemon juice into a high-powered blender or food processor. Mix until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Occasionally use a spatula to scrape the mixture off the sides of the blender, then keep mixing. If it gets too hard, add another splash of oat milk.
Set aside a glass or mason jar.
Ingredients:20 g Vegan Protein Cookie, 20 g blueberriesCrumble the Protein Cookie with your hands and put the crumbs into the glass. Spread the blueberries over it.
Now, fill the glass with the nice cream.
Garnish your blueberry cheesecake nice cream with the toppings of your choice. The sky's the limit! Try it out with other toppings for your nice cream, too - just be aware that this will change its nutritional values.
