Ingredients:70 g carrotGrate the carrot with a fine grater.

Ingredients:30 g oatmeal, 80 g walnuts, 60 g dates, 30 g Vegan Protein Vanilla, 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp cinnamon, 0.5 tsp powdered ginger, 1 pinch nutmegAdd all ingredients except the coconut flakes together in a high-powered blender or food processor. Mix until they form a consistent, sticky texture.

With moist hands, form the mix into 12 balls of equal size.

Ingredients:3 tbsp coconut flakesRoll the carrot cake energy balls in the coconut flakes to coat them.
